- Last Month: Total payments minus refunds collected in the previous calendar month.
Month to Date: Total payments minus refunds collected from the start of the current month through today.
Forecasted: Projected next month’s auto-payments from active recurring memberships and memberships set to auto-renew in the next month.
Payment Method Breakdown Table
Column Description Category Payment method type (e.g., Automatic Payment – ACH, User Payment – Credit Card, Cash). Total Payments Received Gross payments collected before refunds. Total Refunds Issued Total amount refunded for this payment method. Net Revenue Total payments minus refunds. Percentage of Total Income Share of total net income from this payment method.
