GymOwners.com helps gym owners manage recurring and one-time sessions, track member participation, and automate some member notifications. While it does not currently support customized email campaigns or marketing automations, it includes a set of automatic email alerts tied to specific session and scheduling actions. For more robust email and automation capabilities, integration with Go High Level (GHL) is recommended.

Automated Email Notifications (System-Controlled):
Event Deletion Notifications:
When a staff member deletes a recurring session event, all registered members receive an automatic email.
When a staff member deletes a one-time event, all registered members receive an automatic email.
Session Update Notifications:
Members receive an automatic email when any of the following session details are updated:
Start date
Session start time
Session end time
Recurrence - Subtract Days
Recurrence - Move End Closer
Recurrence - Infinite to Finite
Personal Training (PT) Sessions:
When a PT session is created, edited, or canceled, the associated contact (member) is automatically emailed.
Waitlist Notifications:
Members are automatically emailed when:
They are added to a waitlist.
They move from waitlist to registered status.
