Introduction:
Membership categorization helps gyms organize and analyze their members based on the type of membership plan they hold. This structure allows gyms to track engagement and optimize offerings for different member types.
Description:
Members are grouped into three primary categories—Full Members, Challengers, and Limited Time Pass holders—based on the membership plan they hold.
Full Members: Long-term commitment, either paid in full or via recurring payments.
Challengers: Short-term, goal-oriented plans designed to encourage conversion to full membership.
Limited Time Pass: Provides temporary access for a limited period, ideal for visitors, day passes, guests, or free trials.
Key Features:
Single Category Assignment: Each member is assigned to only one category even if multiple plans are active.

Prioritization Rules:
Full Membership is always prioritized.
If no Full Membership exists, members with a Challenge plan are counted as Challengers.
If neither Full Membership nor Challenge exists, members with a Limited Time Pass are counted as Limited Time Pass.
Frozen members are excluded from all categories; only Active members are counted.
Technical Specifications:
Categorization logic: Each member is counted once, following the prioritization rules.
Applies to all members holding active membership plans in the gym management system.
Works with multiple active plans, assigning members to a single category based on the rules above.
Additional Information:
Currently, session pack–type plans do not expire. If drop-in passes are set up as session packs, members who attend only once can remain classified as active indefinitely. As a result, the system continues to include these one-time drop-in users in the count of active Limited Time Pass members on the dashboard.
