Introduction:
Late cancellation policies are a valuable administrative tool for gyms, allowing owners to track attendance. While the Late Cancellation Enforcement setting does not adjust member accounts automatically, it provides essential insights for operational decision-making and accountability.
Description:
The Late Cancellation Enforcement setting found under Business Settings>Session Schedule determines which members appear on the Late Cancellation report. You'll need to review the report to decide if late fees should be applied manually. This system does not automatically credit a session back to a member or deduct one from their account—it purely serves as a reporting and administrative tool.
