Before initiating this process, ensure that:
The membership plan you are updating is currently active.
You have confirmed the correct new billing date with the member.
Step-by-step instructions:
Go to the member’s profile.
Locate the Membership Plan under the Memberships and Payments tab.
Click the three dots next to the plan and select View.
Choose Update Next Billing Date.
Enter the new billing date.
Select This and Following Billing Dates to update all future bill dates.
Confirm and save by clicking Update.

Always select “This and Following Billing Dates” to ensure consistency across future payments.
