Step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Locate the member’s account
- Search for and open the member’s profile.
- Once located, go to the Memberships & Payments tab.
Step 2: Find the invoice or charge
- In the Activity History section, locate the invoice or charge you want to access.
- Click to expand and view the charge details.
Step 3: Download the invoice
- Click the Download Charge button to download it to your computer.
Step 4: Share or print the invoice
- After downloading, you can either print the invoice for the member or email it as an attachment for their reimbursement submission using your business email account.
